- Develop and execute logistics strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines.
- Support regional teams in tender processes and 3PL negotiations.
- Develop and maintain global logistics processes and SOPs.
- Develop and track KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Implement supply chain risk management frameworks to mitigate disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth project flow and optimize coordination.
- Act as the key liaison between logistics and IT, ensuring seamless integration between logistics applications and the ERP system.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of WMS/TMS systems.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing new technologies to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Provide leadership and support to cross-functional logistics teams on project-based initiatives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across different teams.
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent German and English skills are required.
- Deep understanding of logistics processes, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including ERP integration.
- Experience with digital logistics solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects within a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, transport, and warehousing management.
Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
