1. Create engaging content for Internal Communications channels, including articles, posts, images, and films.
2. Manage the Intranet page by publishing articles and maintaining resource sites.
3. Collaborate with various departments to support internal communication strategies and content.
4. Brief and guide copywriters, editors, film crews, and other external partners.
5. Maintain the editorial calendar.
6. Support regional teams with local internal communication initiatives and templates.
7. Co-create concepts, processes, and standards for internal communications.

1. Academic studies in marketing, communications, brand management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in internal communications or a related field.
3. Fluency in German and English.
