- Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree business vision in collaboration with the Global Merchandising Manager.
- Oversee assortment strategy and global activations to optimize worldwide opportunities.
- Support the overall product strategy by identifying new business opportunities and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to build a merchandising brief, incorporating regional feedback, product gaps, and opportunities.
- Create benchmark documents to support product strategy and conduct business performance analysis with qualitative insights.
- Coordinate a 360-degree activation plan to enhance departmental interactions and maximize launch effects.
- Align product strategy with marketing activations and communication, supporting digital channels and clienteling.
- Work with regional merchandisers to adapt and set the best launch strategy for their markets.
- Ensure regular communication with the Training team to reflect merchandising priorities in training strategy and support launches.
- Manage the deployment and communication of product knowledge between product and training departments.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising or a related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Open-minded and curious with a good understanding of different cultures and markets.
- Proficiency in interpreting sales figures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is appreciated.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse markets.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of strategic planning and execution.
