1. Manage and maintain master data for spare parts.
2. Set up new products and services in relevant systems.
3. Coordinate repair profile modifications, store opening and closing procedures within the system.
4. Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards.
5. Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation to regional entities.
6. Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.
7. Prepare product launch: identify what is repairable, work on repair instructions, coordinate with supply chain spare parts needs and update system accordingly.
8. Process and implement warranty changes.
9. Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
10. Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
11. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and changes.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Retail, or Customer Services

1. Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally
2. Ability to take ownership and work independently
3. Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellence and ensuring client satisfaction
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Fluent English skills; German skills (B1) are beneficial

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Retail, or Customer Services.
