Rimowa Field Trainer

- Translate and execute corporate training strategy within defined stores in partnership with Store Managers.
- Implement roll-out plans that align with business needs, supported by the Senior Training Manager EMEA.
- Spend approximately 80% of time in stores, conducting coaching and in-store training.
- Drive store performance through continuous training and coaching, setting standards for luxury client experiences.
- Organize and animate in-store and remote training sessions linked to client experience and product launches.
- Conduct regular store visits with clear objectives, agreed KPIs, and rigorous follow-up.
- Observe client interactions and coach team members to enhance selling skills and client experience.
- Support onboarding of new joiners in collaboration with Senior Training Manager EMEA and HR.
- Co-lead and animate the Training Champion group, ensuring consistent expectations and tracking progress.
- Review training materials regularly and stay informed on training trends and best practices.
- Act as the voice of stores to Training Headquarters, ensuring awareness of business realities and training needs.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within premium or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and service-oriented mindset.
- Passion for coaching and team development.
- Active listening, curiosity, and empathy.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is highly appreciated.
Minimum of 5 years in premium or luxury retail, with a focus on training and development.
