1. Support 5S activities on-site in production.
2. Assist in data collection, preparation, and visual representation of value streams.
3. Analyze production processes to identify optimization opportunities for increased efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Aid in the implementation and execution of Lean principles and continuous improvement methods in production.
5. Participate in projects focused on process optimization, error analysis, and solution implementation.
6. Prepare reports and presentations on process improvements and their outcomes.
7. Collaborate closely with various departments to harmonize process flows and promote best practices.

1. Enrolled student in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of production processes and interest in process optimization and Lean methods.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to grasp and solve complex problems.
4. Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
5. Hands-on approach to tasks.
6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Fluent in German and English.
8. Availability for the next 6 months.

€14 per hour
