1. Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Support the implementation and execution of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies in production.
3. Participate in projects focused on process optimization, error analysis, and solution implementation.
4. Prepare reports and presentations on process improvements and their outcomes.
5. Collaborate closely with various departments to harmonize process flows and promote best practices.

1. Enrolled student in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of production processes and interest in process optimization and Lean methodologies.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend and solve complex problems.
4. Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluent in German and English.
