1. Oversee website management, including UX updates, product merchandising, and content optimization in alignment with marketing activities and product launches.
2. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for site updates, product launches, and partnership implementations.
3. Translate and proofread content for newsletters and the website, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
4. Utilize analytics to optimize site content and user experience for enhanced conversion and engagement.
5. Manage the implementation and operations of IT projects and partnerships as per the IT roadmap.
6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce and omni-channel efforts, providing data-driven insights for performance improvement.
7. Collaborate with the planning team to ensure inventory allocations and replenishments are current.
8. Communicate key marketing and site updates to aid in inventory planning and management.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in e-commerce operations.
3. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English.
4. Comprehensive understanding of luxury clientele and language.

1. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong communication, verbal, and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations diplomatically.
4. Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Initiative, ownership, and accountability in tasks.
6. Keen listening skills with the ability to adapt strategies based on feedback.

A minimum of five years in e-commerce operations, with knowledge of performance marketing and experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
