Rimowa E-commerce Operations Specialist

1. Manage website operations including UX updates, product merchandising, and content implementation in line with marketing activities.
2. Participate in user acceptance testing for site updates, product launches, and A/B testing.
3. Translate and proofread content for newsletters and website, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
4. Utilize analytics to optimize site content and user experience for improved conversion and engagement.
5. Oversee IT project management, including vetting, implementation, and launch of new initiatives.
6. Develop and analyze KPIs for e-commerce and omni-channel efforts to enhance performance.
7. Coordinate with planning team on inventory operations to ensure timely allocations and replenishments.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in e-commerce platforms.
3. Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English.
4. Comprehensive understanding of luxury clientele and language.

1. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
2. Strong communication, verbal, and analytical skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
4. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred.
5. Knowledge of e-commerce backend systems advantageous.
