1. Orchestrate weekly product allocations to regions based on stock targets and distribution plans.
2. Organize direct shipments from suppliers to various regions.
3. Adjust transport modes dynamically according to stock pressures.
4. Communicate distribution orders with warehouses and logistics teams.
5. Verify stock availability for Wholesalers and B2B orders and adjust regional wholesale channel weight in Anaplan.
6. Serve as the primary contact for internal partners regarding product availability inquiries.
7. Proactively provide visibility on stock shortages to E-commerce teams.
8. Ensure transparent communication regarding stock availability and identified tensions.
9. Establish volume projections for the central warehouse.
10. Manage daily container loading schedules with Import/Export teams.
11. Monitor factory-to-regional warehouse delivery timelines to anticipate delays.
12. Collect regional forecasts and coordinate global needs for non-sellable items.
13. Coordinate quarterly distribution of central stock to regions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in supply management, logistics, or distribution roles.
3. Proven ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
4. Demonstrated agility in adapting to changes and resolving unforeseen issues.
5. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Anaplan is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
3. Practical mindset and curiosity.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role involving supply management, logistics, or distribution.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain.
