- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with RIMOWA's business goals in the EMEA region.
- Oversee and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Lead talent development initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
- Manage EMEA compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Collaborate with finance on staff cost budgeting, tracking progress, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
- Guide and support employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Cultivate partnerships with employee representation organizations, including the German Workers Council.
- Ensure efficient and effective HR processes and systems.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the EMEA region as a member of the leadership team.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Successful experience in an international luxury retail environment.
- Proven accuracy in social controlling.
- Robust knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities.
- Agility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years in HR with a focus on leadership roles, particularly in luxury retail environments.
