1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with RIMOWA's business goals in the EMEA region.
2. Oversee and mentor a team of HR Business Partners to ensure effective HR service delivery.
3. Lead talent development initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
4. Manage EMEA compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
5. Collaborate with finance on staff cost budgeting, tracking progress, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
6. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
7. Guide and support employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
8. Cultivate partnerships with employee representation organizations, including the German Workers Council.
9. Ensure efficient and effective HR processes and systems.
10. Contribute to the strategic direction of the EMEA region as a member of the leadership team.

1. 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Successful experience in an international luxury retail environment.
3. Proven accuracy in social controlling.
4. Robust knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.

2. Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities.
3. Agility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.

Minimum of 15 years in HR with a focus on leadership roles, particularly in luxury retail environments.
