1. Support digital transformation projects, including SAP implementation, ERP enhancements, IT/OT connectivity, and business analytics.
2. Assist in planning, preparing, and conducting workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.
3. Coordinate project tasks and timelines using PMO best practices; take ownership of smaller project streams.
4. Coordinate development of Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key KPIs.
5. Contribute to automation initiatives that deliver measurable ROI in production and business processes.
6. Prepare and structure presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for senior management.
7. Collaborate with IT, production, supply chain, and business functions to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Research and benchmark new technologies, tools, and digital solutions relevant to manufacturing and enterprise operations.
9. Support vendor evaluations, project documentation, and knowledge sharing across departments.
10. Lead or co-lead small digitalization projects under guidance, applying problem-solving and structured thinking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
3. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) is a plus.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
2. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment.
4. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
5. Strong presentation skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear business insights.
6. Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus.

14€ hourly wage.
