- Coordinate internal projects with RIMOWA teams including PR, Internal Communications, Creative, Product, and Design.
- Manage external project coordination with brands, jury members, professors, and students.
- Prepare and present internal and external decks and briefs.
- Support event organization, coordinating with third parties such as event agencies, set design agencies, and local PR agencies.
- Assist in the internal controlling of projects, including invoicing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Support content strategy and management, particularly for productions in the DACH area.
- Conduct trends monitoring and research for brand collaborations.
- Master’s degree in communications, media, creative direction, or art history.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within creative industries, cultural institutions, project management in agencies, or hospitality.
- Creative and open-minded self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- High emotional intelligence and sensitive communication skills, with experience in VIP interactions being advantageous.
- Passion for interdisciplinary exchange in art, design, communications, and technology.
- Excellent presentation skills, proficient in .pptx and .key formats.
- Basic CRM knowledge is advantageous.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
