1. Coordinate internal projects across various RIMOWA teams including PR, Internal Communications, Creative, Product, and Design.
2. Manage external project coordination with brands, jury members, professors, and students.
3. Prepare and present internal and external decks and briefs.
4. Support event organization by coordinating with third-party agencies such as event, set design, and local PR agencies.
5. Assist in the internal controlling of projects, including invoicing, budgeting, and scheduling.
6. Contribute to content strategy and management for productions in the DACH region.
7. Conduct trend monitoring and research on brand collaborations.

1. Master’s degree in communications, media, creative direction, art history, or a related field.
2. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

3. Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint and Keynote.
4. Basic CRM knowledge is advantageous.
5. Passion for interdisciplinary exchange in art, design, communications, and technology.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within creative industries, cultural institutions, project management in agencies, or hospitality.

Master’s degree in a relevant field.
