- Lead the flagship store team alongside the Store Director and assume leadership and management responsibilities in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory management.
- Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
- Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends and supporting the Store Director in enhancing sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Provide an outstanding client experience, ensuring that all clients embark on their personal RIMOWA journey.
- Manage VIP client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador to foster brand loyalty and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Align with the Store Director's strategic vision to manage all aspects of Client Care Service, adapting global strategies to ensure high-quality customer care post-purchase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Embody RIMOWA's values, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute positively to team spirit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
- Proficiency in English and the national language; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in client and team interactions.
- Enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable client experiences.
- Keen eye for visual details and a proactive approach to achieving team objectives.
- Proficiency in digital tools and POS systems.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management within the luxury sector is required.
