1. Lead the flagship store team alongside the Store Director and assume leadership and management responsibilities in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations through task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory management.
3. Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
4. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends and supporting the Store Director in enhancing sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
5. Provide an outstanding client experience, ensuring that all clients embark on their personal RIMOWA journey.
6. Manage VIP client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador to foster brand loyalty and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
7. Align with the Store Director's strategic vision to manage all aspects of Client Care Service, adapting global strategies to ensure high-quality customer care post-purchase.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Embody RIMOWA's values, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute positively to team spirit.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in people management within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
3. Proficiency in English and the national language; additional languages are advantageous.
