Rimowa Deputy Store Director

- Lead and manage the flagship store team alongside the Store Director, assuming leadership in their absence.
- Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
- Build, manage, and develop a thriving store team.
- Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends, supporting sales performance, monitoring KPIs, and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring clients embark on their personal RIMOWA journey.
- Manage VIP client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and a strong private appointment culture.
- Align with the Store Director's strategic vision to manage Client Care Service, adapting global strategies for high-quality customer care post-purchase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Be a diplomatic team player, eager to learn about RIMOWA's products, brand, and history.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in the luxury sector.
- Passionate about storytelling, lifestyle, luxury, and travel.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at dealing with team members and clientele.
- Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable client experiences.
- Keen eye for visual details and achieving team objectives.
- Proactive in building long-term client relationships.
- Proficient with digital tools and POS systems.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in people management, preferably within the luxury sector.
