1. Provide strategic direction and oversight to the procurement team, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials aligning with production plans and inventory targets.
2. Oversee scheduling functions to ensure robust production plans that maximize labor output and meet demand.
3. Foster seamless integration between procurement and scheduling activities for cohesive supply chain operations.
4. Lead digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation, and drive the adoption of technological advancements like predictive analytics.
5. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
6. Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of two Procurers and one Scheduler.
7. Ensure supplier compliance with environmental standards, particularly in preparation for ISO 14001 requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
3. Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.

1. Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
2. Hands-on experience with demand planning software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI, and Tableau.
3. Leadership and influence capabilities to drive consensus on demand forecasts.
4. Adaptability to respond quickly to changes in market conditions and customer demand.
5. Proficiency in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Minimum of 5 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with related experience in purchasing, logistics, and inventory management systems.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
