1. Manage and update the record of processing activities in compliance with GDPR, collaborating with internal teams.
2. Process and monitor data subject rights requests and assist in managing security incidents.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including privacy policies, information notices, data processing agreements, and IT contracts.
4. Support internal teams in ensuring compliance with personal data processing, including privacy by design and conducting impact assessments.
5. Assist with digital projects and initiatives involving new technologies, preparing research, summary notes, and practical guides for internal teams.
6. Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring to track developments in data protection, artificial intelligence, and digital law.
7. Lead and participate in awareness and training activities for internal teams.
8. Participate in projects or missions as assigned by the DPO.

1. Master 2 in Digital Law, Data Protection Law, New Technologies Law, or trainee lawyer.
2. Strong knowledge of GDPR and compliance-related matters.
3. Good understanding of IT contract law and technologies.
4. Professional English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
5. Rigor, autonomy, confidentiality, and proactivity.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Master 2 in relevant legal fields or trainee lawyer.
