- Manage and update the record of processing activities in compliance with GDPR, collaborating with internal teams.
- Process and monitor data subject rights requests and assist in managing security incidents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including privacy policies, information notices, data processing agreements, and IT contracts.
- Support internal teams in ensuring compliance with personal data processing, including privacy by design and conducting impact assessments.
- Assist with digital projects and initiatives involving new technologies, preparing research, summary notes, and practical guides for internal teams.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring to track developments in data protection, artificial intelligence, and digital law.
- Lead and participate in awareness and training activities for internal teams.
- Participate in projects or missions as assigned by the DPO.
- Master 2 in Digital Law, Data Protection Law, New Technologies Law, or trainee lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and compliance-related matters.
- Good understanding of IT contract law and technologies.
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
- Rigor, autonomy, confidentiality, and proactivity.
- Excellent writing, legal analysis, and synthesis skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Master 2 in relevant legal fields or trainee lawyer.
