Rimowa Customer Service Technician

- Serve as a brand ambassador for RIMOWA, welcoming clients to the integrated workshop within the boutique.
- Assess and organize repairs, verifying customer luggage and identifying necessary repairs.
- Communicate realistic expectations regarding repair quality and timelines to clients.
- Inform clients about warranty conditions and notify them of any repair difficulties or delays.
- Inspect repaired luggage before dispatching to clients.
- Utilize the SAV system for catalog consultation, repair documentation, and quotation creation.
- Conduct inventory of spare parts in collaboration with the stock team.
- Order and track spare parts deliveries in coordination with the Client Care Coordinator.
- Perform repairs using appropriate tools and parts, adhering to RIMOWA's standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in repairing vintage luggage, even without original parts.
- Maintain and repair machinery as needed.
- Coordinate repairs for clients from other Parisian boutiques and throughout France.
- Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a manual or technical environment.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with excellent relational skills.
- Comfortable in an international environment.
- Open to new working methods.
- Fluent in French with advanced English proficiency.
