1. Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool to track customer feedback and serve as the primary contact for regional teams.
2. Prepare and deliver weekly reports to communicate customer feedback and insights to regional teams.
3. Participate in the launch of new communication channels and market expansions.
4. Support the continuous improvement of the customer experience by synthesizing regional feedback and driving project roadmaps.
5. Establish and maintain processes for tracking and monitoring customer experience initiatives.
6. Facilitate the sharing of best practices across Customer Service hubs and drive adoption of new services.
7. Engage in community sessions to propose enhancements to the customer and sales experience.

1. Enrolled in a Marketing or Business degree program.
2. Fluency in French and English.
