1. Collaborate with global business teams to evaluate new CRM requirements, assess feasibility, and participate in business roadmap prioritization.
2. Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories.
3. Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions.
4. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
5. Organize daily agile activities with the development team and manage release planning.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
8. Contribute to defining the technical roadmap of platforms based on Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM IT project management.
2. Proven experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
3. Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, including Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
4. Experience with Salesforce suite: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (certifications are a plus).
5. Experience with Unique Customer Referential (UCR) concepts and implementation is a plus.
6. Experience with Google Cloud data platform (Bigquery, Dataform) is a plus.
7. Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is a plus.
8. Excellent proficiency in English.
