Rimowa CRM IT Project Manager

- Collaborate with global business teams to assess new requirements, qualify requests, evaluate feasibility, and deliver effort estimates.
- Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories.
- Work with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
- Organize daily agile activities with the development team and oversee release planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level.
- Contribute to defining the technical roadmap for platforms based on Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM IT project management.
- Proven experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and functional and technical requirements.
- Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, including Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
- Experience with the Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Unique Customer Referential (UCR) concepts and implementation.
- Experience with Google Cloud data platform, including Bigquery and Dataform.
- Proficiency with MuleSoft and Talend.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Superior analytical skills.
A minimum of 5 years in CRM IT project management, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and related technologies.
Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
