Rimowa CRM IT Project Manager

1. Evaluate new CRM requirements with global business teams, qualifying requests and assessing feasibility.
2. Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories.
3. Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions.
4. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
5. Organize daily agile activities with the development team and oversee release planning.
6. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
7. Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining quality standards and budget constraints.
8. Contribute to defining the technical roadmap of platforms based on Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM IT project management.
2. Proven experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and technical requirements.
3. Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, particularly with Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
4. Experience with Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
5. Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is advantageous.
6. Excellent command of English.
