Rimowa CRM IT Project Manager

- Evaluate new CRM requirements with global business teams, qualifying requests and assessing feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into user requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical leaders to design technical solutions.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, documentation, testing, deployment, communication, reporting, change management, and incident resolution.
- Organize daily agile activities with the development team and oversee release planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including domain managers and software vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining quality standards and budget constraints.
- Contribute to defining the technical roadmap of platforms based on Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM IT project management.
- Proven experience in developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Strong IT and digital technical knowledge, particularly with Salesforce, integrations, data/SQL, web technologies, and iOS apps.
- Experience with Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with MuleSoft and Talend is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English.

- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and related technologies.
