1. Coordinate the communication plan with regional teams, aligning with product launches, key events, and regional requirements.
2. Integrate HTML into marketing automation tools, manage targeting, proofing, and dispatch of mass email campaigns.
3. Monitor and implement best practices in email marketing.
4. Oversee clienteling actions with regional teams and integrate HTML into clienteling applications.
5. Share campaign results with regional teams on a weekly and monthly basis, and participate in ad hoc in-depth analyses.
6. Manage customer feedback, facilitate response processes, ensure feedback categorization, and coordinate inter-country exchanges.
7. Contribute to the development of automated communication projects.
8. Lead workshops, consolidate results, and ensure project follow-up.
9. Facilitate recurring meetings with regional teams to define omnichannel communication strategies.
