- Coordinate the communication plan with regional teams, aligning with product launches, key events, and regional requirements.
- Integrate HTML into marketing automation tools, manage targeting, proofing, and dispatch of mass email campaigns.
- Monitor and implement best practices in email marketing.
- Oversee clienteling actions with regional teams and integrate HTML into clienteling applications.
- Share campaign results with regional teams on a weekly and monthly basis, and participate in ad hoc in-depth analyses.
- Manage customer feedback, facilitate response processes, ensure feedback categorization, and coordinate inter-country exchanges.
- Contribute to the development of automated communication projects.
- Lead workshops, consolidate results, and ensure project follow-up.
- Facilitate recurring meetings with regional teams to define omnichannel communication strategies.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business.
