- Monitor and analyze CRM KPIs, including client data acquisition, clienteling, and loyalty metrics, and prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
- Support clienteling campaigns related to product launches and store openings, ensuring successful implementation of loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Assist in re-engagement strategies for inactive clients.
- Maintain and update CRM training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Facilitate operational CRM requests from boutiques to enhance responsiveness and meet field team needs.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with store teams and assist in planning and developing training programs.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, feedback, progress, and certifications.
- Collaborate on mobile learning tool engagement strategies and create communications to boost participation.
- Develop and update training materials for new store openings and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging learning trends and technologies to propose innovative training methods.
- Enrollment in a business school with a focus on Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
