1. Monitor and analyze key boutique CRM metrics such as customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
2. Assist in the execution of clienteling campaigns for product launches, supporting loyalty and retention initiatives.
3. Track the progress of top retail clients across the EMEA region.
4. Update and maintain CRM training materials.
5. Support operational CRM requests from boutiques to enhance responsiveness and meet field team needs.
6. Collaborate with retail teams to identify training needs and develop programs in conjunction with the Training Manager.
7. Monitor training KPIs and propose improvements to address inconsistencies.
8. Maintain detailed training records, including participant lists, feedback evaluations, and progress reports.
9. Promote engagement with mobile learning tools and assist in the rollout of new e-learning platforms.
10. Develop training content to support new store openings and initiatives.
11. Stay informed about the latest trends in learning methods and industry-specific knowledge to propose innovative training approaches.

1. Enrollment in a business school with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Fluency in French and English for effective communication across the EMEA region.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
