- Monitor and analyze key CRM metrics for boutiques, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Assist in the execution of clienteling campaigns for product launches and support loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Track the progress of top retail clients within the EMEA region and update CRM training materials.
- Support operational CRM requests from boutiques to enhance responsiveness and meet field team needs.
- Collaborate with retail teams to identify training needs and assist in developing and planning training programs.
- Track training activities, including participant lists, feedback evaluations, progress reports, and certifications.
- Engage with mobile learning tools and support the rollout of new e-learning tools.
- Develop training content to support new store openings and initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in learning methods and technologies to propose innovative training approaches.
- Enrollment in a business school with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in French and English to communicate effectively within the EMEA region.
