1. Co-manage the network of subsidiaries, ensuring deadlines are met and instructions for closing accounts are correctly understood.
2. Supervise SyRUS reporting, audited statutory accounts, and consolidated accounts.
3. Participate in consolidation tasks including equity reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, tax proof, and dividends.
4. Provide analyses of balance sheets and cash flow statements reported by subsidiaries.
5. Participate in pricing committees with various stakeholders.
6. Simulate price updates for countries and products during price change exercises before final integration into the pricing management tool (Anaplan).
7. Maintain the pricing database across retail, wholesale, and internal transfer prices.
8. Manage ad hoc requests for missing prices, internal prices, or unsellable products.

1. Higher education degree in business, accounting, or finance (e.g., business school, master's degree, DSCG).
2. Initial successful experience in consolidation.
3. Approximately 4-5 years of professional experience.
