- Lead and inspire a multicultural client service team across EMEA, fostering a cohesive and high-performing culture.
- Design and implement the annual strategy for contact channels and service objectives, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and growth plans.
- Prepare quarterly contact forecasts and define team sizing to meet service demands.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Propose optimizations in tools, processes, and organization to enhance service delivery.
- Drive the launch of new channels and services, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
- Perform data analyses to understand business trends and client behavior, driving decision-making.
- Act as the Voice of the Client in cross-functional projects, ensuring client needs are prioritized.
- Share best practices and collaborate with global Client Service leaders to position EMEA as a leader in innovative service solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Client Service Manager or key contact for a partner.
- Proven leadership in managing diverse teams.
- Inspirational leadership and ability to build a collaborative culture.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Experience in financial and contractual negotiations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce Service Cloud experience is appreciated.
- Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership and management of diverse teams.
