- Accept and evaluate luggage repairs, performing repairs on-site in the store's workshop.
- Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
- Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repairs.
- Organize the in-store workshop, including maintenance of machines and tools.
- Assist in sales when needed.
- Skilled in craftsmanship.
- Organized, structured, and team-oriented.
- Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
- Experience in retail or a passion for providing a luxury customer experience.
