- Welcome clients to the integrated workshop within the boutique, adhering to luxury Maison standards.
- Assess and identify necessary repairs on clients' luggage, providing realistic expectations regarding quality and repair timelines.
- Inform clients about warranty conditions and notify them of any repair difficulties or delays.
- Inspect repaired luggage before dispatching to clients.
- Utilize the SAV system for parts catalog consultation, repair logging, and quote creation.
- Conduct inventory of spare parts in collaboration with stockist teams.
- Order and track spare parts deliveries in coordination with the Client Care Coordinator.
- Perform repairs using appropriate parts and tools, adhering to RIMOWA's processes and standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in repairing vintage luggage, especially when original parts are unavailable.
- Maintain and repair machinery as needed.
- Manage repairs for clients across France, including those from other Parisian boutiques and wholesale partners.
- Liaise with RIMOWA's wholesale partners for client repairs.
- Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods sector.
- Previous experience in a manual work environment is ideal.
- Dynamic, welcoming, and warm personality with excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
- Openness to new working methods.
- Fluency in both English and French.
