1. Inspect used and returned products to assess repair needs.
2. Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts using hand, power, or specialized tools.
3. Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning according to company standards.
4. Estimate repair costs for labor and materials on used and returned products.
5. Inspect new products for manufacturing defects or shipping damage and communicate findings to relevant parties.
6. Operate computerized inventory systems for tracking service and repair department needs.
7. Assist the Head Technician in training CC Technician Trainees and store employees.
8. Load, unload, and move materials manually or with hand-operated equipment.
9. Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
10. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safe working conditions.
11. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

1. At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
2. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent education.

1. Mechanical proficiency with hand and power tools.
2. Experience as a machine operator or assembler in manufacturing is preferred.
3. Attention to detail and quality.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Physical ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
