Rimowa Client Care / Product Repair Specialist

- Provide first‑class, bespoke client service in‑store, cultivating long‑term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Diagnose and perform case repairs to RIMOWA quality standards within the boutique workshop.
- Operate and maintain the in‑store workshop, including routine maintenance of machines and tools.
- Use the repair management system to log repairs, order parts and manage workflow and turnaround times.
- Advise clients across the product range about repair options, costs and timelines; liaise with Client Care for complex repairs.
- Organize workshop inventory, ensure availability of consumables and spare parts, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues to support retail operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in repair, restoration or technical servicing of luxury goods or related products.
- Demonstrable craftsmanship and manual dexterity with experience in case, leather or hardware repair.
- Fluent in German and English for client advising and internal coordination; additional languages are an advantage.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple repair jobs and administrative tasks concurrently.
- Customer‑facing aptitude with a proactive, service‑driven approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in a similar repair or technical role within luxury goods, leatherwork, luggage, or a related artisanal/technical discipline.
Vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant craft (e.g., leatherwork, saddlery, micro‑mechanics, industrial repair) or equivalent practical training preferred.
