Rimowa Client Care Operations Intern

- Assist in maintaining material master data for spare parts, including replacements, discontinued items, and new launches.
- Support global replenishment orders for stores, workshops, and local hubs.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly tasks such as backorder management and franchise ordering.
- Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOM) modifications and other activities within the Repair Management System (RMS).
- Near completion of studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Initial experience in supply chain and logistics or master data management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Open-mindedness to collaborate with diverse nationalities and departments.
- Analytical and structured thinking.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
Beginner level experience in supply chain and logistics or related fields is preferred.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, or similar fields.
14€ hourly wage.
