1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, ensuring each customer embarks on a personalized RIMOWA journey.
2. Identify and execute case repairs within the boutique workshop.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
4. Oversee the organization and maintenance of workshop machines and tools.
5. Inform and advise clients on repairs and the full range of RIMOWA products.
6. Perform in-store repairs adhering to RIMOWA standards and coordinate with the client care department for specialized repairs.
7. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team spirit.

Prior experience in a similar role is required.
