1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, ensuring a seamless RIMOWA experience.
2. Conduct and manage case repairs within the boutique workshop, adhering to RIMOWA's high standards.
3. Utilize the repair management system for efficient organization of repairs and parts ordering.
4. Oversee workshop organization, including the maintenance of machines and tools.
5. Communicate with clients regarding repair processes and provide comprehensive product advice.
6. Coordinate with the client care department for special repairs or those beyond in-store capabilities.
7. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team morale.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.
