1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and long-standing RIMOWA clients, ensuring a personalized journey with the brand.
2. Identify and execute case repairs within the boutique workshop, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering necessary parts.
4. Oversee the organization and maintenance of workshop tools and machinery.
5. Communicate with clients regarding repair processes and provide comprehensive advice on RIMOWA products.
6. Perform in-store repairs adhering to RIMOWA standards and coordinate with the client care department for specialized repairs.
7. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and contributing positively to team dynamics.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
