1. Deliver exemplary customer service to both long-standing and new RIMOWA clients, ensuring a personalized journey with the brand.
2. Identify and execute case repairs within the boutique workshop.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
4. Maintain the organization of the workshop, including machine and tool upkeep.
5. Inform and advise clients regarding repairs and the full range of RIMOWA products.
6. Perform in-store repairs adhering to RIMOWA standards and coordinate with client care for specialized repairs.
7. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and fostering team spirit.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
