1. Deliver exemplary customer service to both new and returning clients, ensuring a personalized RIMOWA experience.
2. Conduct case repairs within the boutique workshop, adhering to RIMOWA's high standards.
3. Utilize the repair management system for efficient repair organization and parts ordering.
4. Maintain the workshop's organization, including the upkeep of machines and tools.
5. Communicate repair details to clients and provide comprehensive advice on RIMOWA products.
6. Coordinate with the client care department for special repairs that cannot be performed in-store.
7. Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and enhancing team spirit.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector.
