1. Evaluate and execute luggage repairs on-site in the store's workshop.
2. Utilize the Repair Management System for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
3. Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repairs.
4. Maintain the organization of the in-store workshop, including machine and tool upkeep.
5. Assist in sales as needed.
