1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and long-standing RIMOWA clients, ensuring a personalized journey with the brand.
2. Identify and execute case repairs within the boutique workshop, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
3. Utilize the repair management system for efficient organization of repairs and parts ordering.
4. Oversee the organization and maintenance of workshop tools and machinery.
5. Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and provide comprehensive advice on RIMOWA products.
6. Perform in-store repairs according to RIMOWA standards and coordinate with the client care department for specialized repairs.
7. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and contributing to a positive team environment.

1. Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in German and English.
