1. Assess and execute luggage repairs on-site in the store's dedicated workshop.
2. Utilize the Repair Management System for organizing repairs and ordering spare parts.
3. Coordinate with the central Client Care Center in Cologne for extensive repairs.
4. Maintain and organize the in-store workshop, ensuring machinery and tools are serviced.
5. Assist in sales as needed.
