1. Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and long-standing clients, ensuring a personalized RIMOWA experience.
2. Conduct and manage case repairs within the boutique workshop, adhering to RIMOWA standards.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering necessary parts.
4. Oversee the workshop's organization, including the maintenance of machines and tools.
5. Communicate with clients regarding repairs and provide comprehensive advice on RIMOWA products.
6. Coordinate with the client care department for special repairs that cannot be performed in-store.
7. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and fostering a positive team environment.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
