- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, ensuring a seamless RIMOWA experience.
- Conduct case repairs within the boutique workshop, adhering to RIMOWA standards.
- Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
- Oversee the workshop's organization, including the maintenance of machines and tools.
- Communicate with clients regarding repairs and provide comprehensive product advice.
- Coordinate with the client care department for specialized repairs not performed in-store.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying RIMOWA's values and enhancing team spirit.
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- Interest in high-quality, traditional products and RIMOWA's luxury-technical heritage.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is highly valued, with additional languages considered a plus.
