1. Welcome clients to the in-store workshop, adhering to luxury brand standards.
2. Assess client luggage to identify necessary repairs and communicate realistic expectations regarding quality and repair timelines.
3. Inform clients about warranty conditions and notify them of any repair delays or issues.
4. Inspect repaired luggage before returning it to clients.
5. Utilize the SAV system for catalog consultation, repair documentation, and estimate creation.
6. Manage inventory of spare parts in collaboration with stockist teams.
7. Order and track spare parts deliveries with the Client Care Coordinator.
8. Perform repairs using appropriate parts and tools, adhering to RIMOWA's standards.
9. Demonstrate initiative and creativity in repairing vintage luggage without original parts.
10. Maintain and repair machinery as needed.
11. Handle repairs for clients across France and coordinate with other Parisian boutiques and wholesale partners.

1. Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or leather goods industry.
2. Previous experience in a hands-on environment is advantageous.
3. Dynamic, welcoming, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills in an international setting.
4. Open to new working methods.
5. Fluent in both English and French.
