- Enhance and maintain customer relationships through exceptional consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in product and repair training to ensure superior customer interactions.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Manage the repair process from acceptance to communication with the technical team, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but newcomers are welcome.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong consulting abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
