- Enhance and maintain customer relationships through exceptional consultations.
- Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales inquiries.
- Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred; however, new starters are welcome.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong consultation skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, preferably in the luxury sector.
