3. Serve as a professional point of contact for all after-sales topics, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.
2. Fluency in English and German is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Passion for selling luxury products and enhancing customer experience.
