1. Strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
2. Achieve individual CRM goals and excel in customer interactions, including sales and on-site repairs.
3. Serve as a professional point of contact for after-sales inquiries.
4. Ensure first-class processing of repairs, from acceptance to communication with the technical team and return to customers.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcome.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
2. Passion for selling luxury products and enhancing the customer experience.
